Dr. Cynthia has over 25 years of clinical experience working with patients who live with chronic pain.  She is a graduate of Life University and the College of Chiropractic, Dr. Cynthia is back in practice serving the East Cobb, Marietta, Roswell and surrounding areas.

In the 1990’s she was the Director of Expressive Therapy at both Brawner Psychiatric Hospital and Parkway Medical Center’s Behavioral Health Unit.  She has worked with adults, adolescents and children in both the inpatient setting and partial hospitalization setting.  She also worked with Cobb County Juvenile Court System working with teens on probation, along with their families, to improve family dynamics through experiential education (cooperative games and ropes course).

In 1999, Dr. Cynthia left the hospital system to become a licensed massage therapist in the hopes to reach chronic pain patients before reaching an inpatient hospital setting for pain management.  She has been a Chronic Pain Specialist ever since, focusing on individuals with Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Arthritis and PTSD.  Therapeutic techniques include Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Myofascial Release (MFR), Arthrossage, Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT), MyoSkeletal Technique, and many more.

Dr. Cynthia returned to the hospital clinical setting once more when she started teaching Yoga and Pilates at Wellstar Kennestone’s Healthplace and continued to see massage clients ranging from elite athletes to Silver Sneakers participants.  Dr. Cynthia has created a program called Core Restore which incorporates chiropractic, massage and therapeutic exercises to restore core strength and proper biomechanics for the individual during exercise and daily life.

Now, a graduate of Life University and the College of Chiropractic, Dr. Cynthia is back in practice serving the East Cobb, Marietta, Roswell and surrounding areas.  She continues to focus on patients with chronic pain, and has now included adolescent wellness to her practice.  Dr. Cynthia has two daughters who have taught her along this journey about living and thriving with Scoliosis and Osgood-Schlatter Syndrome (anterior knee pain associated with rapid growth spurt).

Dr. Cynthia is an avid equestrian, studying Dressage and Parelli Natural Horsemanship.  She truly understands the demands of the female equestrian body and she has been treating equestrian athletes since 2002.  If you are interested in a barn call (or house call), training event or community support, Dr. Cynthia is available.  There is no travel fee if there are 3 or more people interested in mobile services.  Both chiropractic and massage services are available for mobile services.

Dr. Cynthia lives in East Cobb with her husband, two daughters, two huskies and a rather demanding Russian Blue cat and a laid back Maine Coon who believes he is a dog.  Lexxy is attending Berry College for pre-vet in the hopes to become an equine vet someday.  Leah is attending Lassiter High School and can be found on the sidelines as a sports medicine assistant.

If you would like for Dr. Seebacher to come to your school or community event to speak about Health & Wellness, Kinesiotaping for the growing athlete or Core Restore programming, please call 404-838-8985 or email DrCynthiaSeebacher@gmail.com.
