Meet The Team

Dr. Cynthia Seebacher, DC:
A Holistic Approach to Healing
Dr. Cynthia’s journey in healthcare spans over three decades, driven by a deep commitment to helping people achieve whole-body wellness. Her career began in the late 1980s with fitness and nutrition, followed by work in psychiatric hospitals during the 1990s, where she supported patients facing addiction, chronic mental health challenges, and chronic pain. Through community outreach and experiential education, she discovered her calling: to help people before they became dependent on pain medications, using a more holistic approach to mind and body health.
Dual Expertise in Healing
In 1999, Dr. Cynthia became a licensed massage therapist, specializing in therapeutic care for individuals living with chronic pain and chronic illness. After 15 years of dedicated practice in therapeutic massage and energy healing, she pursued her lifelong dream of becoming a doctor. Today, Dr. Cynthia holds dual licenses in both massage therapy and chiropractic care—a unique combination that requires twice the continuing education of most healing professionals and allows her to offer comprehensive, integrated treatment.
Advanced Therapeutic Techniques
Dr. Cynthia has thoughtfully combined chiropractic adjustments with advanced soft-tissue work to create the most comfortable healing experience possible for her patients. Her approach utilizes Advanced Myofascial Release, a highly therapeutic technique that differs from traditional massage. This method involves holding pressure points for extended periods without lubrication, allowing her to reach multiple depths of tissue—from the superficial layers of skin all the way down to the periosteum of the bone.
Restoring Balance to Your Nervous System
Through her combined techniques and complementary modalities, Dr. Cynthia works to restore balance to the nervous system. This allows the body to move fluidly between states rather than remaining stuck in one extreme, creating the optimal conditions for natural healing. Her focus remains steadfast: helping patients not just live with chronic pain and chronic illness, but truly thrive.

Leah Berkeley, LMT:
Therapeutic Massage Specialist
Leah brings a distinctive and thoughtful approach to therapeutic massage for patients living with chronic pain and chronic illness. Understanding that every nervous system responds differently to treatment, she specializes in lighter touch techniques that are equally therapeutic as deep tissue work—just different. For patients whose systems can only handle limited stimulation at one time, this gentler approach becomes essential to achieving meaningful healing.
Specialized Care for Complex Conditions
Leah has developed particular expertise in working with hypermobile individuals, including those living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, which requires modified therapeutic techniques to ensure safe and effective treatment. She is also well-versed in supporting patients with Dysautonomia and POTS, understanding the unique intricacies of managing these symptoms while still providing impactful therapy.
Advanced Microcurrent Therapy
Under Dr. Cynthia’s supervision, Leah is trained in Avazzia microcurrent devices, an advanced modality that helps change tissue tone to release scar tissue and muscle spasms, stimulate the vagus nerve, relieve sinus congestion, and address migraine headaches. This cutting-edge technology complements her hands-on work, offering patients additional pathways to relief and healing.

In the 1990’s she was the Director of Expressive Therapy at both Brawner Psychiatric Hospital and Parkway Medical Center’s Behavioral Health Unit. She has worked with adults, adolescents and children in both the inpatient setting and partial hospitalization setting. She also worked with Cobb County Juvenile Court System working with teens on probation, along with their families, to improve family dynamics through experiential education (cooperative games and ropes course).
