If this is your first visit for a chiropractic adjustment with Dr. Cynthia DC, please select “New Patient” when booking. Your initial visit includes extra time for a thorough conversation and personalized evaluation, so we can truly understand your needs and create a care plan that feels right for you. - Chiro + Massage & Massage Appointments
These sessions are offered by appointment only on Thursdays and Fridays. To schedule a massage (or Chiro + Massage), please call or text us at 404-838-8985. We’d be happy to find a time that works perfectly for you.
Our Appointment Policies: We respect your time and ask that you please respect ours as well. Here’s how we keep things running smoothly for everyone:
- Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can reach us quickly by phone call or text at 404-838-8985 (we kindly ask that you do not use email for cancellations).
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed entirely will be charged the full price of the service. Future appointments may then require prepayment. Please note that insurance does not cover these fees. - Running Late?
Life happens! If you’re running behind, please be courteous and let us know by calling or texting. We’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment so we can stay on time for all our patients. - Payment
You’re welcome to keep a credit card on file for convenience or prepay for your services, whichever feels easiest for you.

Shockwave – a gentle yet powerful, non-invasive treatment that helps your body heal naturally from within. When pain just won’t let go—whether it’s stubborn plantar fasciitis, chronic tendonitis, shoulder discomfort, or long-standing muscle tightness that makes everyday movements feel difficult.

Medicare – We understand that navigating Medicare coverage can sometimes feel confusing, and we want to be fully transparent with you.
Medicare patients are responsible for the full cost of the initial examination. After that, a co-pay will be due at the time of each visit, based on Medicare’s approved fee schedule. Please know that Medicare only covers spinal adjustments.
Extremity adjustments and manual therapy are not covered by Medicare, but we offer these additional services for a modest fee of $45 for up to 30 minutes. Many of our Medicare patients find these therapies very helpful for their overall comfort and recovery.
