Chiro+Massage and Massages are only offered on Tuesday’s by appointment only. Please call or text to schedule a massage appointment.

Please allow 24 hours notice for cancelled appointments and contact us via text or phone call, not email. Any cancelled and/or missed appointments will be charged full price of service and will result in pre-payment of services thereafter. This fee is not covered by insurance companies.

You may either leave a credit card on file or prepay for services.

If you are running late, please be courteous by calling or texting to let us know. After 10 minutes we reserve the right to consider your appointment canceled (see policy above). You may schedule another appointment for a later date.

If this is your first time scheduling for a Chiropractic Adjustment with Dr. Cynthia, you MUST schedule yourself as a NEW PATIENT.  There is a significant time difference needed for a first time patient to this clinic versus an established patient visit for an adjustment.

Description of Services:

First Visit – Includes history, exam & adjustment

Office visit – includes adjustment and any soft tissue/massage/modalities

Chiro + Massage – includes 1 hour massage + adjustment

Massages

1 hour therapeutic massage
1 ½ hr massage
Chiro+90 min Massage
2 hr massage
Chiro+2hr Massage

“Add-on 30 minutes” = to be included with any Adjustment or Service includes MicroCurrent, Manual Therapies (massage/myofascial release), Kinesiotaping, Therapeutic Exercise or ‘just to talk’.

*we are unable to discount any federal or state insurance program’s co-payment or co-insurance.

**Medicare patients are still responsible for payment of the first exam, after which a co-pay amount is due at time of service depending on Medicare’s fee schedule.  Medicare will only cover spinal adjustments.  Extremity adjustments and manual therapy are offered for an additional $45 up to 30 minutes.
