We’re so glad you’re here and ready to feel better! Scheduling an appointment with us is simple and stress-free. You can book your chiropractic adjustment right on our website using our easy online scheduler. It only takes a minute!
New Patients
If this is your first visit for chiropractic care with Dr. Cynthia Seebacher, DC, please choose “New Patient” when booking.
Your first appointment is longer than usual. It includes plenty of time for us to talk, listen to your story, and do a full evaluation. This helps us understand your needs and create a care plan that feels right for you.
As a new patient, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to complete your paperwork online before your visit. Once finished, your information is automatically saved in our electronic health record system.
Chiro + Massage & Massage Appointments
These sessions are offered by appointment only on Thursdays and Fridays.
To book a massage or Chiro + Massage, please call or text us at 404-838-8985. We’d be happy to find a time that works perfectly for you.
Our Appointment Policies
We respect your time and ask that you please respect ours as well. Here’s how we keep things running smoothly for everyone:
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can reach us quickly by phone call or text at 404-838-8985. (Please do not use email for cancellations.)
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment completely, you will be charged the full price of the service. Future appointments may then require prepayment. Insurance does not cover these fees.
Running Late?
Life happens! If you’re running behind, please be kind and let us know by calling or texting. We’ll do our best to fit you in.
However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment so we can stay on time for all our patients.
Payment
If our office is out of network with your insurance, we offer an affordable self-pay rate.
When using your insurance, you are responsible for the specialist copay or co-insurance once you have met your annual deductible.
We know insurance can sometimes feel confusing, and we’re here to help make it as simple as possible. Please note that we cannot discount or change any co-pays or co-insurance required by federal or state insurance plans.
For Our Medicare patients
You are responsible for the full payment of your first exam. After that, you will pay a co-pay at each visit based on Medicare’s fee schedule. Medicare only covers spinal adjustments.
At Fusion Chiropractic, we believe whole-body care is just as important as spinal adjustments. Dr. Cynthia evaluates and gently adjusts your entire body — including shoulders, hips, knees, and other joints.
Unfortunately, Medicare only covers spinal adjustments. For extremity adjustments and other therapies, we offer a bundled add-on service for just $45 in addition to your spinal adjustment copay.
